Working with the creative director to keep brand consistency through effective design of seasonal marketing campaigns, product lines, and online presence. Responsibilities crossed over marketing, product, and sales to ensure the Nixon brand remained consistent and fresh. Team management duties included overseeing projects from concept to completion through in-house designers, programmers, and product department to reinforce the brand image. Major seasonal projects included gathering feedback, presenting solutions to the team, building timelines, and overall responsibility for execution. Seasonal strategies included high-quality catalogs and retail-level lookbooks, website rebranding, softgood and accessory design, point-of-purchase from hangtags to custom window displays, creation of tradeshow and event identity packages. Also integral in conceptualization and input on watch, accessory, and softgood design.
